About the Role Wearelookingforaproactiveanddetail-orientedinternwithaninterest in Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Event Managementtosupport the VMOperationsteam. Theinternwillassistinensuringseamlessexecutionofvisualmerchandisinginitiativesacrossstores, supportstorelaunchesandevents, coordinatewithvendors, andhelpmaintainbrandandvisualstandardsacrossretailtouchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Visual Merchandising Executi on Support
• Assistintheexecutionandimplementationofvisualmerchandisingguidelinesacrossstores.

• Supporttherolloutofseasonalcampaigns, promotionaldisplays, and VMinitiatives.

• Monitoradherencetobrandandvisualstandardsacrossretailoutlets.

2. Prototype Development&Delivery
• Coordinatethedevelopmentandtimelydelivery of VMprototypesanddisplayelements.

• Supporttestingandexecutionofnewconceptsanddisplayformats.

3. Store Launch&Event Support
• Assistinplanningandexecutingstorelaunches, exhibitions, activations, andspecialevents.

• Coordinatelogistics, materials, andon-groundsupport for VM-relatedevents.

4. Vend or Coordination
• Liaisewithvendorsforprinting, fabrication, production, andinstallationrequirements.

• Trackdeliverablesandensuretimelyexecutionwhilemaintainingqualitystandards.

5. Documentation&Reporting
• Maintainprojecttrackers, vendorrecords, andexecutionreports.

• Supportdatacollection, documentation, andpost-eventreporting.

6. Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaboratewithinternalteamsincluding Marketing, Retail Operations, and Store Teams.

• Followuponprojecttimelinesandensuresmoothcommunicationbetweenstakeholders.

7. POSM&Display Management
• Supportthemanagementanddistribution of POSM(Point of Sale Materials), windowdisplaykits, promotionalmaterials, printedcollateral, packaging, andstorebrandingelements.

• Ensuretimelyavailabilityofmaterialsforcampaignsandstorerequirements.
