MailerMen is hiring a Web Performance Intern (React + Vite) in Delhi NCR — a narrow, measurable problem with real before/after numbers you can show any future interviewer.
📍 Delhi NCR, India — Hybrid (2 days/week, Gurugram)
💰 Unpaid — traded for a weekly session with the engineer who owns our perf budget
🕒 2-month internship | 0 yrs exp required
What you'll actually fix:
🔥 Profile the dashboard on real mid-range Android over throttled 4G
🔥 Analyze the Vite bundle, find the 3 dependencies bloating it most
🔥 Add route-level code splitting for admin-only screens
🔥 Swap the heavy charting library for something lighter
🔥 Hunt down re-render storms from an over-broad context provider
🔥 Ship a Lighthouse CI budget so nobody undoes your work 3 sprints later
The honest pitch: it's unpaid, and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it. What you get is a real, scoped, measurable win — not vague "exposure."
What you need:
• Final-year student or recent grad, no prior job history expected
• Understand React rendering behavior + memoization trade-offs
• Opened a browser performance profile before and weren't scared off
• Can be in the Gurugram office 2 days/week
