Who can apply?
- Freshers are welcome!
- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment Reporting / MIS / ATS Analytics.
What you'll do:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly ATS reports.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline, interviews, offers, and joinings.
- Deliver recruitment insights and data analysis to stakeholders.
Skills we're looking for:
- Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- PowerPoint and reporting skills.
- Dashboard & MIS knowledge.
- Basic understanding of ATS and recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
